Hi, I’m Sarah Kay Hoffman

Welcome to my little corner of the Internet, where I share the messy, beautiful, faith-filled reality of family life.

For the past 12 years, I’ve been on an incredible journey that’s taught me more about God’s timing, grace, and faithfulness than I ever imagined possible.

I’m a mom, a believer, and someone who’s learned that everything truly is beautiful in its time—a truth I hold onto from Ecclesiastes 3:11 that has become my life’s mantra.

My story took a profound turn on November 11, 2013, when I received a call that would change everything: an opportunity to adopt a child.

That date—11:11—a number I’d noticed throughout my life, suddenly held deeper meaning. What followed was a journey through premature birth, miraculous recovery, and a faith that was stretched and strengthened in ways I never anticipated.

Today, I’m navigating the beautiful chaos of raising multiple children, learning to quiet the outside voices and opinions that try to drown out what matters most—the actual needs of my family and the growth God is working in each of us.

Here, I write honestly about the challenges of parenting, the questions that keep me up at night, and the moments of grace that remind me we’re all doing better than we think.

My hope is that by sharing my story—the vulnerable parts, the faith-filled parts, and everything in between—we can build a community where we encourage each other through shared experiences.
